Sometime today, there will be a list interruption when we switch Internet services. Although the changeover here will only take a few minutes as we change addressing, there may be a delay of up to an hour or so while the domain name system propagates the new IP address for the server. For those of you who simply cannot live without *sending* mail to Brin-L for an hour, the new server IP address will be 209.204.169.1. And if you don't know what to do with that information, don't ask, please just be patient with DNS. Mail delivery from you to the list should be almost completely unaffected.
I'll post a message when the changeover is done; that will also be when we make the DNS changes and the DNS interruption will begin.
