No.

spam n.

Unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent
indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or
newsgroups; junk e-mail.

The key word there is USUALLY - UCE is the biggest problem but the
commercial aspect is NOT necessary to make it spam. And I think I'll
find out if your ISP likes it's members spamming. Mine wasn't amused
about your complaint.

Excuse me? I never opted-in to receive your E-mails. The standard
these days for maling lists is a double opt-in. What you are doing is
spam, plain and simple. Oh right, better see what NANAE have to say
about that as well. (Hint: being banned is supposed to send a message
to you about the fact that we DON'T want to read your E-mails).

And...this E-mail, intended for you, is CC'd to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
l.com. Do you follow the RFC's? If not, I'll put in a report to rfc-
ignorant as well.

I'll stop the moment you stop sending me E-mails.
