My favorite is the "real-time satellite surveilance" of the action where somehow the camera angle appears to be from a building across the street, instead of directly above.
The angle wouldn't necessarily have to be directly above, surveilance satellites can usually see a range of angles from what I understand. But it would have to be coming from above from some angle, not from directly across the street, as you note.
