Here it is (I edited out the "On Friday..." line from my earlier forward for the sake of neatness). Since then, I've had a brief exchange of emails with Patrick Ale at freeler.nl, explaining briefly what had happened. In the end, he asked me if I could read emails in Dutch, I said I couldn't, and he said he'd received a long email from Jeroen and would try to get me a translation by Monday.
