Why not? It's not like people don't do that on their Caddys around here anyways.... :) Or display them in their dens.
I recall one time I was crossing the Panhandle on I-40, There wasn't much difference just inside the state line on either side, but close to Amarillo Caddys started becoming a significant fraction of the cars on the road, and many of them indeed had horns on the hood . . .
