William, apparently *you* were not paying attention, or only saw what you wanted to see. The issue of whether true atheism would require faith has been discussed many times, but no consensus has been reached on the issue. One group says it does, one group says it doesn't, and neither group has given in to the arguments of the other. This has been "gone over" but has never reached a conclusion, as you imply it has.
