At the risk of offending some West Coaster, I wonder
if Peckman is a former Californian?  Of course, maybe
he's a born Boulderite, which means as flakey and
nutty as anything LA can produce.  ;)

I can't decide if this deserves a <LOL> or <rolls
eyes> -- considering what it would cost to design &
conduct such a study, and then to implement it, I'm
leaning to the <rolls eyes and snorts>.  :P

I doubt that it will pass, however, if it does end up
on the ballot.
