For those of you who have followed the underline jingle ripped off from a 
brand of canned tuna:

"Ask any Tytlal you happen to see, 'Draw me an angle and divide it by three.'"

They have now found a way to do it.

The Tytlal can now trisect an angle using only a straightedge
and compass--providing that either one or the other is being 
held by an Episiarch. The Episiarch wills reality to temporarily 
warp the image to change the angle to 90 degrees, which is 
easy to trisect by many various means.

Then once it has been trisected, the Episiarch lets it snap back 
to its original shape.
