Now, now. Bush didn't dodge the draft - he just went AWOL on his National Guard commitment. Which is understandable, really, when you consider the daily stresses he faced doing the dangerous work of keeping Godless Commies out of Texas airspace, so those poor kids would have a chance to serve their country by stepping on an NVA landmine.
