Look, its an OBVIOUS case of market forces driving prices.  In fact, Halliburton is 
giving the military a DEAL - $.03 of mark-up for shipping that sweet Alaskan crude all 
the way from the Texan refineries to the Middle East is a clear example of KBR's 
patriotic service to this country (and the troops!)
