Well.. You know, its wierd, I've been sub'd to brin-l for over 5 years now.. astounding to me. I'm grumpy today because my exgf is playing games again, threatening to take me to small claims court over a book that I admittedly bought for her, but that she left when she was asked to move out. I since changed the locks, and have attempted to contact her about this book (its a book, still in print, unsigned, not terribly rare.. its a $35 field guide to mushrooms for crying out loud!) and in fact, told her twice, once in persn, once on phone, "hey, tell me when you want to come by and pick it up, and I'll be here." *sigh* No mention, of course, of the fact that she stole 2 computer systems, my xBox, numerous kitchen items that were quite pricey, $300 in cash, plus a stack of 30-odd CDs, nor of the 12 months of rent I paid for her when she was "depressed", nor the $500 I loaned her so she could pay the US taxes on her quarter-time freelance gig... and certainly no mention of her having all the utilities to my house disconnected.
