Reasonable assumptions. People can try a simple experiment to find out
how it works, regardless of age. I've met a number of people over 60
who are careful with email (and other computer tasks) and have little
difficulty. And others who, when they have difficulty, ask for help and
then learn how to do things.  I've never seen anyone who consistently
misattributes and misformats and sends blank emails as you do. Other
people might do it a few times, but then they either figure it out
themselves or ask for help. Since you are obviously an intelligent and
capable person, a reasonable conclusion is that you simply do not take
as much care in sending email as, for example, I am sure you do when you
perform your duties at work.



You know, Erik, you might want to ask for a refund from that Dale Carnegie course you took . . .
