A Spanish Terrorism expert on ABC News today suggested that this could be a
joint terror attack by Al Qaeda and ETA. If so, this would be the
first-ever known incidence of cooperation between Al Qaeda and a
non-Islamist group. This would, of course, would have profound
implications for everyone who poo-pooed the idea that Al Qaeda and Saddam
Hussein could *ever* work together.
