Unfortunately, this is a PRIVATE list, and whether the
Fool has the right to do or not is entirely up to the
listowners. 

But two can play this game: We'll concede (for now,
for argument's sake) that the Fool has a right to be
onboxious, offensive, and flagrantly violate list
rules. What, then, gives him the right to be immune to
the consequences to his actions?
