Actually you did, Erik. Are you not using the service
as of now? Have you in the past used the service? To
what extent have you used the service? 

By using the service, you implicitly agree to obey the
guidelines. If you have a cell phone, use it often,
but never signed a contract, does this make you not
liable for the bills or usage? Unfortunately the law
says otherwise. Why should this be different, and more
to the point, Why Erik do you feel special that you
should be immune to the guidelines everyone else is
held to?
