This reads to me that there were no humans on Horst when the lease was formed. But the 300 year figure agrees with the storyline in A4P. But Horst is such a bad world that if Earthclan had made it to the Vanner system, wouldn't they have started a colony on Adirondak, which is a Terrestrial planet being left fallow by GIM. Or is Adirondak terrestrial but poisonous? In any case, A4P seems to state that Calafia is the first post contact lease. GU2 seems to state that Horst is the first post contact lease. I had wanted to base a short story upon the first leased world not previously already illegally occupied by Earthclan. Would that be a planet other than both Calafia and Horst? And is it agreed upon that Deemi is the first post Sundiver Incident planet to be leased? A bit later than I want it to be. I'd have to figure out a reason why it's been taking so long for the Tytlal to go through the non Three Stooges material Earth has to offer.
