I think we should all get together and help The Fool come up
with a better name for Republicans than "ReptiliKlans". And
while we're at it, we should do it for other political parties
too.
The "Klan" part of the name is good, because it ties in with a
perceived aversion to civil rights on the part of some Republicans.
(I'm talking perception here. I do not want to start a spinoff
argument.) But the "Reptili" part is weak, since its only
function is to give the name bad connotations, without having anything
to do with the Republican party per se.
I'd hope that we could do better. Here are some ground rules:
1) The name should still be recognizable.
2) The name should have something to do with distinctive features
of the party itself.
Anyway, here are some of my entries:
Republicans: Richpublican'ts (For the Rich; proscribing behaviors)
Democrats: Demoncats (Fat Cats)
Libertarians: Libraritarians (Their policies only work on paper)
