What's most interesting about Biden's September 10 talk is that he mentioned terrorism but made no mention of "al Qaeda, Osama bin
Laden or Islamic extremist groups" - just like Rice.
Except (and I shouldn't even have to point this out, except to desperate Bush apologists) he's a US Senator from the minority party without any power or responsibility, and she's the chief advisor on the subject to the President of the United States. Who cares what Joe Biden _says_? The question is, what was the Administration _doing_?
