Wonderfalls is (was) created in part by Brian Fuller, the same guy who
created the very funny and very snarky Dead Like Me for Showtime (and by the
way, the first season of DLM will be out on DVD in May to help promote the
start of the second season in late May/June, from what I've heard). One of
the other producers is Tim Minear, who wrote for X-Files and also wrote some
of the best non-Whedon episodes of Angel (and I think even a Buffy episode
or two).

I was worried Wonderfalls would be a DLM clone, but it really has (had) it's
own unique personality. The fact that shows like this get cancelled is the
reason that there are no good shows on network television anymore. Anything
that's a little quirky or outside of the mainstream gets tossed out the
window.

I'm gonna laugh really hard (or maybe even cry) if Wonderfalls ends up
getting nominated for an Emmy next year, based on only 4 episodes.
