First, right up front, I'll admit I'm STARVED for SF over here.  However, I
would watch SG-1 in the States in a heartbeat.  I really like the show.

SciFi did excellent jobs on both Dune and Children of Dune, IMO of course.

As for Riverworld, there was quite some liberty taken with the books, but
there is potential there.

I was fairly happy with BG; I hope AFN decides to air it when (if?) the 13
episodes are made.

NW - DS9 Season 5; I'm actually enjoying it more this time around since I
can watch several episodes a week.
