BRAIN FOOD?
~~~~~~~~~~
> KNOWLEDGE WITH A CRUNCH
Potato chips may soon be good for you. "Pringles" says it's making a chip that
could make you smarter. The company is teaming up with the makers of trivial
pursuit to start printing trivia questions on chips. Each one will have a
multiple-choice question with the answer printed upside down. The questions --
about 2,000 in total -- are printed with food coloring the company says is
safe and won't change the taste. "I thought you weren't supposed to play with
your food," says Fortune's Andy Serwer. "That is what I have always told my
kids."
Andy Serwer is editor-at-large of Fortune magazine and appears regularly on
"American Morning" to comment on the business news of the day.
