I have a D20 that only goes up to ten. Note it caused me a great deal of
embarrassment when playing D&D and I picked it up one night ("WHat the
heck??? I can't roll over 10 tonite!").

IOW, they are unlabeled dodecahedra which are meant to be labeled by the end user to fit whatever (hopefully educational) purpose one has in mind.
