Ah, ask and ye shall receive...what a bountious font
of information is the List!   ;D

FWIW, I'd put 'Love' as one of the physiological
needs; without affectionate caretakers, we primates do
poorly just from a health standpoint.  But I'd say
that not only the "fully actualized" have free will,
although they _might_ be expected to make better
choices, and certainly have a more solid foundation
from which to decide/choose.  Of course, I also think
that my cats and horses have some degree of free will,
so there!  :D
