I think the one single thing that bothers me is that the Air Force would consider NOT recovering this bomb - especially since it is only in 12 feet of water. I have visions of crackpots and terrorists trying to recover it and using it, accidentally detonating it while recovering it or causing a toxic spill from moving it....
