There is an interesting phenomenum in my field. Because of the shortage of  
radiologists and the need to provide 24/7/365 service, "nighthawk services" 
have  been set up with time shifting. That is radiologists in Europe. Israel and 
India  read studies during their day that are done during our night; often for 
much  less money than it would cost than to have local radiologists do the 
work. You  start with theAmerican College of Radiology (ACR) and or Radiologic 
Society of  North America (RSNA) web sites
