Um, nursing is nowhere near as simple as blinking. Really.
On some sort of a linear scale, with blinking as 1 and spirituality as
100, nursing is at *least* 15. Maybe higher. Blinking you just *do*.
Nursing, there's some learning for both the mother if it's her first
baby, and the baby, whichever one it is. (Of course, the only baby of
mine that didn't have some sort of trouble getting it right in the first
couple of days was my youngest. But he wasn't the last one to attempt
it for the first time.)
And once you have nursing down pat, as a baby, there are still lessons
to be learned about it. For instance, *not* trying out your new tooth
on Mommy. :P (My oldest learned that one before he had teeth and was
very good about it until we were near the end of the weaning process
anyway. The other two, on the other hand....)
