You haven't been paying attention! ;-) The President did bring it up in
the debates, but admittedly not as much as I would have liked.
Anyhow, John Kerry voted against the resolution authorizing that war - and
to the best of my knowledge has never said that he has regretted it. He
certainly did not say that he regretted it when the President brought it up
in the debates.
