There are interesting voices here. Your letters create an amusing
picture of a movie pie fight, with words and reasoning crustily defending or
creamily attacking each others position.
I enjoy the politeness of combat of words and ideas and even Boston cream
pie. I don't understand the Glock and the mortar.
I urge everyone to get to know their local issues and representatives.
Vote for what you believe is a better representative or position.
It's unpleasantly surprising how few citizens know their elected
councilman or Board of Education representatives.
To talk about the President and election is a good exercise in
speachifying and big thought thinking. To know and interact with your local politician
is to be involved directly in our shared democracy.
Well, it's time for my constitutional, walk that is.
