Come now, Bob, George Washington didn't ban research on nuclear weapons either, but there's a reason for it. No previous President felt a need to approve it because it wasn't an issue yet. There is a genuine moral issue here. I feel like I have this argument with you over and over again. It is possible to have a different position than you and still be sincere and knowledgeable about a topic. Not everyone who disagrees with you is evil, or a religious fanatic, or whatnot.
