Alberto, you forgot the "<serious>" and "</serious>" tags on this reply. As a matter of fact, it has been Saudi Policy for probably almost a decade now to try and keep oil prices at around $30 per barrel. <nonserious> This stated policy, of course, was merely a distraction by the Saudi government designed to ensure the election of George W.
