Here are some questions:

1) Do you have a Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in a scientific
field?

2) In recorded history, have any physical phenomena ever occurred that
are completely impossible to ever explain scientifically?

3) Can a man and a woman have a healthy and fulfilling sexual
relationship without being married?

4) Is there a better explanation for the origin of the universe than the
big-bang theory? Explain.

5) Can two people of the same sex have a healthy and fulfilling sexual
relationship and raise a healthy (adopted, surrogate, cloned, etc.)
child?

6) Did the most or all of the organisms now existing on earth evolve in
a process starting long ago with single-celled organisms and continuing
over millions of years, eventually leading to land-dwelling mammals, one
branch of which culminated in apes and finally mankind?

7) Is using birth control necessarily unhealthy?

8) Does any part of a human that is conscious or capable of thought
live on after the body has undergone clinical death (no heartbeat, no
measurable brain activity)?

9) Did the events described in the Bible actually occur? If not,
explain.

10) In the past 2005 years, has any person ever really died (defined
here as at least 24 hours with no heartbeat and zero brain activity) and
subsequently revived and walked and talked?

11) In a spacecraft in deep space, there is only enough energy to power
your own life-support and either the life-support for an in-vitro one
week old zygote, or a 30 year old artificial intelligence that is
presently capable of communicating with you in a way that is completely
indistinguishable from a human (if you didn't know it was an AI, you
couldn't tell it wasn't a person communicating by radio). If you do
nothing they will both run out of power and both terminate. You are
forced to choose -- which do you choose to supply power to and which do
you disconnect from the power?

12) In general, which is more likely to produce the desired result: a
regular church-goer praying every night for peace on earth or an atheist
repeatedly stating that "I wish" there were peace on earth?

Contention #5: There is a high correlation [note, high correlation does
not mean perfect accuracy] between the results of this test and the
degree to which the religion fungus has taken hold in a person's mind.

Contention #6: The answers to the even-numbered questions are highly
correlated with the degree to which the religion fungus has clouded the
person's thought processes
