Oh, and BTW  Dr. Brin - do you realize that these two studies are mutually
contradictory?

The first study argues that the touch-screen counties were "rigged"
compared to the opti-scan counties.

The second article argues that it is the opti-scan counties that were
"rigged" compared to the touch-screen counties!

It looks like that you are just latching onto whatever supports your
pre-determined conclusions, Dr. Brin....
