Brasilia was planned in about 1955, not in the 60s. By 1960 [or so]
it was already finished, and gov.br was moving there - a movement
that made it quite easy to have it deposed and replaced by a 
military dictatorship on 1964-04-01 [aka "The Democratic
Revolution of 1964-03-31" :-)]
