Eric, "Do you deny that is what you wrote?" is not a loaded question like "Have you stopped beating your wife?". You could say "I did not write that, nor do I think it is an accurate paraphrase of anything I have recently written." The "lack of reading comprehension" is at best an ad homenim attack, and is closer to being a personal insult ... unless backed up with multiple specific examples of misreadings.
