Correct - I would actually put GB on the problem block and remove Canada. The factor is the amount of immigration. If GB is starting to look at the US Social Security system as a model for reform then Thatcher's privatization must really be a disaster. Argentina's privatization is a known disaster contributing to their bankruptcy. Sweden's is in much the same shape as GB with new public funds having to be injected. All of these privatization schemes forgot the normal function of these primarily elder anti-poverty systems which is keeping a large number of people out of the streets and with food on the table.
