If you don't get it, then apparently you don't watch enough Iron Chef
or Iron Chef America. And actually, seafood ice cream can be very
tasty, if done correctly. I once had a very tasty scallop ice cream
flavored with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. But trout ice cream,
I'm not so sure about.
Or anchovy. Or tuna . . .
