Same here!
I think the question of universal time is a pretty important question. 
I'd be interested to hear some more on the difference in the way time 
is regarded in GR and QM.

If the paper is correct, then it sounds like a pretty serious rift 
between GR and QM and bridging that gap might be a very fruitful line 
of research.
