Playgirl's draw is more for women, I think. Most of the men featured in it are flaccid, which seems to appeal to a woman's sense of the erotic more than a man's.
Given an evident digital fixation, I don't think Playgirl (or even Inches) would appeal in this case anyway.
(Ironic, ain't it, that the greatest complainant about s:n ratios is the greatest contributor to noise...)
