Iraq has little to do with oil (though it'd be nice to be able to bid on it in 10 years; shit, the India_China allience will be tough to bid against by then) and mostly to do with "the white man's burden". If we're gonna keep our monoply on nukes and "trump card" power, (and we WILL, thank you very much) then we have to be able to show that we can be responsable ass-kickers (or more responsible that the competition) I wouldn't be surprised to see customer service surveys passed out in Iraq eventually. ljm- SICCn
