I think most *citizens* of the US don't give two shits. Overall, since Europe's body will apparently remain the same for a bit longer now, it's hard to imagine the vote having a significant effect.
Do you think this will torpedo the EU?
Why would it? They've been working on it for a long time now. This is just another speed bump, I suspect.
