Perhaps psychologically as well. Years ago I knew someone who was sure that any woman who didn't have sex with him was a Lesbian. Physically he was OK, but from the neck up, it was all attitude, arrogance and selfishness. He was just baffled by why any woman would say "no" to him, let alone say "no", change her phone number, move to a different state, etc.

This came out because he actually pointed out such a woman one time. "She's a Lesbian" "Well, how do you know?" "She wouldn't put out." "Ahh. Yes, I see..."
