This is the kind of thing JDG promotes. Since he promotes these kinds
of things incessantly it is not all innapropriate to mention him.
A mention is one thing; what you opened with was a bit more like a
direct frontal assault, and one that seemed strange in its timing,
since JDG hasn't been actively posting here for a while. It feels a lot
like someone recalling an argument from six months ago just for the
sake of stirring a pot.
Certainly I've disagreed in the past with Mr. Georgis, but I don't
think I've thought of any aspect of his ideology -- as I've been able
to interpret it based on my limited polarized knowledge -- as being
something I could take on directly via an oblique mechanism such as
pointing out what's been more or less known for several years.
Do remember that the net is an ideal place to put forth harsh edges of
world interpretations. It's very easy to get a monochromatic ideation
of another's point of view. But that ideation is not always sound, can
be formed in strong impressions only, and could be totally subjective.
The fault with ab-only sex ed lies not in JDG, but in the
implementation. Simply posting the article without specific referent
would have been much more effective, I think.
