Considering the report I saw on WWL about police officers who 
participated in the looting and then hid the stash on the tenth floor 
of a hotel that they commandeered (terrorising the occupents in the 
process), I would not doubt that particular scenario is very possible. 
Some of the law enforcement folk in NO just plain lost it over the 
last week (no excuse though) and a couple commited suicide.

When the finger pointing starts in earnest I suspect they will have to 
open up a couple of higher dimensions and parallel universes just to 
make room for all the digits.
