I would estimate 2 million to be closer to the actual number of
people who have suffered seriously from Katrina.
Uh, yeah. I think it's close to 20K that have been (or are being
brought) to *Austin*, and Houston is getting a lot more, Dallas and
San Antonio are probably each getting more, and that's just people
evacuated to large cities in *Texas*.
The 20K was the number of people stuck in the Superdome.
Ah.
I don't know about you, but I was a heck of a lot more worried about the
people who ended up in front of the Convention Center, actually....
