On what do you base this?  At 100 dollars/barrel, there are tremendous
hydrocarbon resources available now.  Assume only a modest rise of 1% a
year in our efficiency at obtaining these resources, and petroleum will be
cheaper then than now.  Especially, if we don't use it as the primary
source of energy in 80 years.
