Dan Shafer has a brief piece on his blog about a visit by the Dalai
Lama to the annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience at
Stanford. It seems that His Holiness's openness to both spiritual and
scientific thought went down better at Stanford than at Berkeley,
where some scientists threatened a boycott an event if the Dalai Lama
was invited...
You know how closed-minded those damn liberals are.
