One, I believe that the supply problem was minimal only in the context of the entire crisis. By itself, the suppy problem was not minimal.

Two, having read the transcripts of some of the conversations between energy company officials during the crisis and guessing that what we are actually hearing is probably just the tip of the iceburg, I believe anything is possible from these people. That said, I do believe that there was a serious supply problem at the time of the crisis.

But again, the conspiracy was the greater part of the crisis.
