Ah!  I was trying to figure it out as if a _woman_ was
saying that line.  A hypothetical male makes much more
sense.
And human males as a rule are fairly interested in
sex, regardless of brain capacity.  :)

<serious>  I have recently heard of an Internet
support group for people (I think it's both men and
women) who label themselves "asexual."  Not as in 'not
getting any,' but as in 'not interested at all.'  Yet
the guy promoting it does want to date.  That must be
tough to work around.
