So you're hinting that the semi-autonomous regions of
a recently invaded country could get the invading power
to give them military aid if they promised to stop
fighting each other?  Nonsense!  Why the invading power
would have to be run by a total idiot!

Actually all I was hinting was that whenever troops get sent to "keep the peace" in some region of the world, 99% of the time the troops and the money come from the good ol' U—S—A . . .
