Book her a night in a nice hotel. Alone.
Just be sure you check with her on what sort of amenities she likes and
make sure they'll be available. Nothing sucks quite like booking the
hotel room on the basis of them having room service and then her being
told there's no room service that evening because they've given people
Mother's Day off.
(At least it was reasonably easy walking distance to some pretty decent
shopping and dining. And I decided I like Tilted Kilt and want to eat
there a few more times.)

oh, and TRY to keep them from killing each other, m'kay? It would
really suck to have to call her back prematurely because 5-y.o. threw a
large toy down the stairs as 2.6-y.o. was climbing up and hit her in the
head or something ridiculous like that
